Short version: Vercelios is dead. Not paused, not rebranding — discontinued and delisted.

The confirmation#
Two independent signals, both checked on 5 August 2026.
The website. vercelios.com still resolves, and it now says:
Service Discontinued — This application is no longer available. The service has been permanently discontinued and is not operational anymore.
The App Store. The listing was "Vercel Client - Vercelios", app ID
6468935725. Querying Apple's own lookup API for that ID returns
resultCount: 0 in every storefront checked — US, GB, DE, IN, BR, JP, AU, CA.
The direct App Store URL returns a 404.
A resultCount of zero across every region means globally delisted, not
regionally restricted. There is no version of the App Store where this app is
still available.
vercelios.com still ranks on the first page of Google for searches like
"vercel iOS app" and "monitor vercel from phone". You can click through to a
product that no longer exists. That will sort itself out when Google recrawls,
but for now it is a live source of confusion — and probably how you got here.
Why it matters more than one app shutting down#
Vercelios was one of the more complete third-party Vercel clients. Its disappearance leaves a specific gap, because Vercel has never shipped an official mobile app and has given no public indication it intends to.
So the entire category of "check my Vercel deployments from my phone" is served only by third-party apps built by small teams and solo developers — which is exactly the category where an app can quietly stop being maintained.
That is worth factoring into what you pick next.
What to use instead#
It depends on what you actually used it for.
If you only want deploy status#
Several single-provider clients cover this: Rev for Vercel, Vero (Vercel Manager & Stats), Verceltics, Iris for Vercel. They vary a lot in maintenance and depth — check the last-updated date and the rating count before committing, given what just happened to Vercelios.
If you also run Netlify#
Most clients do one provider. If you have projects on both, you would need two apps and two mental models. MONII merges both into one list — this is the one thing no other app in the category does.
If your real worry is the bill, not the build#
This is the distinction worth being honest about. Most deployment apps are remote controls for a dashboard — they tell you a build passed or failed. None of them are watching your spend.
If what actually keeps you up is a function looping or a scraper finding your image routes, deploy status is not the thing to monitor. You want usage thresholds and a way to stop it. That is the gap MONII was built for:
- Usage alerts at any percentage you set, not the fixed steps the platforms offer
- A kill switch that pauses one project, not your whole account
- Both providers in one list
MONII is our product, and this page exists partly because Vercelios leaving created an opening. That said: if all you need is Vercel build status and you never touch Netlify, a free single-provider client will serve you fine and you should use one. MONII earns its keep when there is money at stake, or two providers to watch.
The lesson worth taking#
Vercelios worked right up until it did not. Before you hand another third-party app a token that can read your infrastructure, it is reasonable to ask what happens when that app disappears.
Two things worth checking on whatever you pick next:
- Can you revoke access independently? Every one of these apps runs on a token you issued. You should be able to kill it from your provider's dashboard without needing the app's cooperation. (For MONII, that is the intended emergency brake, and it is documented.)
- Is any part of it open source? Not a guarantee of longevity, but it means the thing does not vanish entirely when the maintainer moves on. MONII's CLI and MCP server are open source and run locally against your own credentials — those keep working regardless.

Is Vercelios really shut down?
Yes. vercelios.com states the service has been "permanently discontinued and is not operational anymore", and the App Store listing (id6468935725) returns no result in any storefront checked — US, GB, DE, IN, BR, JP, AU and CA. It is delisted globally, not regionally.
Can I still download Vercelios if I bought it before?
If it is still in your Apple purchase history you can usually re-download it to a device, but the backend service is described as non-operational, so the app has nothing to talk to. Treat it as gone.
Was Vercelios official?
No. It was a third-party client, sometimes listed as "Vercel Client - Vercelios". Vercel has never published an official iOS app.
What should I use instead?
Depends what you used it for. For deploy status alone there are several single-provider clients. If you also run Netlify, or you care about spend and usage rather than just build status, MONII covers both providers plus usage alerts and a kill switch.
